This Functional Fitness & CrossFit Gym is available for the first time in 13 years.
The business has an established client base with a balance of Group (CrossFit) and Personal Training with a strong community feel. The business is well established and easy to run with all systems being cloud based.
CrossFit is a High Intensity mix of Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Aerobic fitness and caters for those wanting to compete in CrossFit or Hydrox competitions.
The Gym is 514 m2 with sufficient space for Lifting and Group training. Hours are mostly before and after hours with sufficient groups using the facility during the day in either CrossFit or personal training sessions.
